Waves Bookmark – Free Crochet Pattern

Waves Bookmark – Free Crochet Pattern

Introducing a Waves Bookmark – Free Crochet Pattern, exclusively made for book lovers. If you are one of them, don’t skip this.

What’s to know about waves bookmark free crochet pattern?

The Making Waves Bookmark is worked using a lightweight yarn (#3). In the video I used a Paton’s Grace yarn by Yarnspirations. You will need 3 colours, and only about eight yards of each.

The pattern is worked lengthwise using a 3.5 mm crochet hook and I have added a tassel to the end. Somehow I have a hard time envisioning my bookmarks without tassels.

Pattern Notes:

  • Pattern is written in American English terms.
  • Pattern is worked in rows lengthwise.
  • Ch 1 at beg of row does not count as stitch.
  • Ch 3 at beg of row counts as a dc.
  • Weave in ends as needed.
  • Tassel embellishment is optional.

You will need:

Skill Level: Easy

Finished Size: Approximately 1.5 x 8 inches, excluding tassel.

Yarn: Light Weight (3). You will need three colours, approximately 8 yards of each.

Hook: Size 4/E (3.5 mm) hook.
